David Culley is an American football coach who currently serves as the head coach of the National Football League’s Houston Texans. From 2019 to 2020, he worked for the Baltimore Ravens as an assistant head coach, wide receivers coach, and passing game coordinator.

Culley spent four seasons as the Kansas City Chiefs’ assistant head coach and wide receivers coach, and has a lot of NFL assistant coaching experience. From 1999 to 2016, he was a member of Andy Reid’s staff with the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs.
