Before the much-anticipated bout, Logan Paul, 26, had his sole fight as a pro in 2019, when he lost a controversial six-round decision to Youtube rival KSI while 44-year-old Mayweather retired from the sport in August of 2017 when he stopped Conor McGregor in ten rounds.
Per the exhibition rules for the bout, there was no official winner. Fans were left disappointed as the boos rained down as Floyd Money struggled against Paul.
R1 and R2 were Logan Paul’s show when Floyd Mayweather was only moving inside the ring. Paul started to unleashed punches but Floyd managed to block as many to keep the fans thrilled. In the fourth, Mayweather continued to come forward and looking to land something big. He was catching Paul with the accurate shots and wasn’t worried about Paul’s counters while looking tired.
There was a lot of holding and wrestling as Mayweather was coming forward in the R5, R6-R8. Despite Floyd showing dominance, fans were left disappointed when Paul entered the R8.
