Kate Reinders was born in Seattle, Washington State USA, on 10 December 1980 – her zodiac sign’s Sagittarius and she holds American nationality. She’s an actress who’s perhaps known best for her portrayal of the lead character Miss Jenn, in the musical comedy series “High School Musical: The Musical – The Series” created by Tim Federle, and which also stars Joshua Bassett, Olivia Rodrigo and Matt Cornet. It has been airing since 2019, and follows the lives of teenagers who are attending the same high school; it won one of the three awards it was nominated for.
Early life and education
Kate was raised in Seattle by her parents who prefer to stay away from the media’s attention thus nothing about them is known. As Kate hasn’t spoken about having any siblings, she’s believed to be an only child.
She became interested in acting while still attending a local elementary school and thus went on to appear in many school plays as well as various performed at a local theatre. In 1994, Kate enrolled at Western Michigan Christian High School, while the following year saw her make her debut film appearance, with her portrayal of Beth in the critically acclaimed romantic comedy movie “While You Were Sleeping”, which starred Sandra Bullock, Peter Gallagher and Bill Pullman. After this role, Kate chose to focus on her education, then after matriculating in 1998, she spent six years appearing solely in theatre plays, before returning to television.
