Why you should never use your phone in the toilet

There is always a feeling that the toilet has more network than other parts of the room.

People always feel the urge to use their smart phones in the toilets and spend more hours in the toilet seat than usual.

There has been recent findings that sitting and spending longer time on the toilet pose potential health risk which we’re going to look at in this article

According to Dr. Zaghinya Karen a colorectal surgeon, “It’s not the actual act of using a smartphone that is the problem. Rather, sitting on the toilet [whether you are reading or just sitting there] for a prolonged period of time can definitely lead to hemorrhoids problem”. The symptoms includes pain, swelling and bleeding.

Your smartphone maybe contaminated with fecal bacteria when you use it in the toilet. High school students study in 2017 revealed that smart phones can also harbor E.coli, shigella and campylobacter, all of which can make you very sick. This revelation enormously stated that the smartphone screen when frequently used in the toilet harbours more deadly bacteria than the toilet seat.

It really doesn’t matter how clear your bathroom or toilet looks, flushing the toilet releases some aerosolised germs which spreads and can settle on your smartphone and anything in the toilet.

To save yourself from the harm of using your smart phones in the toilet, it’s important you go into the bathroom and toilet without your smart phones and mean business with nature call.
